MATCH REPORT

We took on Dingley first home game for the year. I told the boys before the game it was a big Anzac game do it for your mates. First qtr we started fantastic. All forwards were presenting really well and we kicked 3 goals in the first. Backline were solid, not giving them a chance to score. Juzzy Disco Seal Big Al and Dash were doing well on ball with big Matt and Raj moving well up forward. 2nd qtr was not the best and Dingley were starting to get back in the game. Unluckily matt C went off with his hammy. Backs were great with a solid work rate and getting drive from Wolf Fitzy Miles Scotty Rowdy Shane and Tubs. We went in at half time 8 points up.

I got stuck into the boys and told them to lift. 3rd qtr was an arm wrestle but we pushed through to still have the lead at 3qtr time. Marty was proving a great focal point up forward. Last qtr we all pushed and worked bloody hard. We had a lot of chances to win by more but to come away with a gutsy 12 point win was awesome and singing the song was great. We're taking on Bayside this week and have a big chance to get our 2nd win.
