MATCH REPORT

We took on mordilloc, the game started with a slight breeze that we kicked with. We started ok out of the middle with Big Al a bit injured in the ruck but gave us his best shot. Mordy kicked the first goal, then we hit back with some good running play coming from Juzzy to Disco then Fitzy on the link. Then we kick a goal. Quarter time was fairly even. Big Matt C was giving us a great target up forward and Brad Currie playing his best game.

Mordy started to get their link running going but to our boys credit we stuck in there. Dasha copped a massive hit to his shoulder but to his credit he was straight up, gutsy effort . After half time mordy got a jump on us and our third quarter was bad. We lost one of our best ball getters Matty D with a broken rib. Kick Boxing John had a great game on the wing and will only get better.

3 quarter time i asked the boys dont give up and to our credit we showed some real spirit and almost pulled off a fantasic win. Once again Seal , Miles and all of us played a great last quarter. Back line were great again . Unfortunately Cranny lost to Parkdale so our finals hopes are shot but i know we owe Bayside and would be nice to finish with a win.
