MATCH REPORT

The stocks of the over 35's reserves were boosted for our Round 2 clash with Bayside Saints by the arrival of 5 players from Northvale and 1 from Carrum. Indeed 9 first gamers for the Club made their debut. So many new faces probably counted against us and the half time score of 0.0.0 v 9.11.65 was somewhat disappointing. A change of tactic and a demand for at least 2 goals in third quarter was met by those on field and the final score of 3.1.25 to 21.16.142 did not reflect the effort made in the second half.   Some real positives came out of the day and once again welcome aboard and thanks to the Northvale crew.
